1) PaymentPayment will be discussed and agreed upon between the artist and the client. It can be made in full at the beginning of the commission or in two installments, with half paid at the beginning and the remaining half before the finished commissioned artwork is sent. The artist will provide the necessary payment information when required.2) CommunicationCommunication will be conducted through private or direct messages on the client's preferred platforms. The artist will keep the client updated on the progress of their order.3) Changes and RevisionsThe artist will discuss any potential changes with the client throughout the commission process. If the client requests changes to an area that was previously approved, the artist reserves the right to add a fee to the initially agreed-upon price. The client will be informed if such a fee is applicable and will be provided with the amount. If a client discovers an error in the finished work that was unknown to the artist, the artist will either rectify the error or provide a refund based on the refund policy. (Please note that refund requests must be made within a maximum of 14 days, otherwise they will be considered invalid.)4) DeliveryThe delivery time will be determined by the complexity and/or volume of commissions the artist has at the time. If a client requests expedited delivery within a shorter timeframe, an additional fee will be charged. The artist will inform the client of the deadline and any potential delays. The artwork will be delivered in the preferred format, which includes PNG, JPG, PSD, or MDP.5) CopyrightThe artist retains the right to repost the commissioned artwork and use it in their portfolio. The client also has the right to repost the artwork; however, if it is used for commercial purposes, the artist must be informed in advance to reach an agreement, which may involve additional fees.6) RefundTo initiate a refund, the client should fill out the necessary form. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the finished artwork is sent. If the artist fails to respond without explanation, the client has the right to request a refund. However, if the client behaves rudely or inappropriately, the artist reserves the right to terminate contact without issuing a refund. (So please remember to be kind!) In such cases, the client will likely be given a warning before any action is taken.
